Founded by me, Thomas E. Hunter-James, who has over 20 years of industry experience. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University. THJ Consulting puts the spotlight on the well-being of customers through solution driven health improvements with emphasis on risk management, benefits, and global health solutions. As a sales executive, he has consistently been successful in employee benefits through his experience in selling through multiple distribution channels. His responsibilities have included direct selling to large, private and public sector customers, as well as developing relationships through broker consultant channels. He can aid in maintaining benefit expertise across multiple employee benefit product lines: risks, group life, disability, health, stop loss and voluntary benefits. He has demonstrated consistent sales success driven through several core sales competencies including business development, strategic planning, forecasting, product positioning, and contract negotiations. Simply put he addresses clients' needs the best by leveraging carrier relationships and leadership experience to make sure insurance carriers deliver on their promises everyday!
